420 Goody Box is a new monthly subscription box that contains five to eight premium-quality items handpicked for those that live the "420 lifestyle". Items in the box include canna-goodies, novelties, munchies and more. 420 Goody Box launched this December and is $19.18/mo + $7.95 shipping. The shipping was a few dollars less when I bought my gift subscription, and looking at the website now, they've obviously raised it. Subscriptions are also cheaper if you choose the 3 month plan or the 6 month plan.
I was super excited when I found out about this kind of box, so I immediately jumped on a gift subscription for my boyfriend. Seeing that the shipping went up, I kind of wish I bought the 6 months instead.
But anyways, 420 Goody Box promises to ship out their boxes every 20th of the month. I didn't receive a tracking number, but they publicized on their social media sites that they shipped them out on the 20th. We received the box on the 23rd via UPS. And I thought it was kind of funny that UPS kind of hid it behind the plant at my place. Normally when I get packages, they leave it right in front of the door. 420 Goody Box promises to ship these boxes discreetly, but honestly at first look it's not as discreet as I was hoping it to be. If you do live the "420 lifestyle", I feel like you'd get a vibe from just looking at the box. My boyfriend and I were super excited to tear into this box, so I had to hurry and take pictures so he can play with the stuff. They come with an info card, but I forgot to take a picture of it. It lists all the items and the prices.
Cannabis Now Magazine $8.00
Issue 6, 2013. We both glanced through it, not too exciting. Can't really say much about it.
Fun lighter that says "Legalize" with a happy face and leaf on it. It's cute, and it's nice to have a spare lighter as my boyfriend loses them all the time. This wasn't listed on the card, if that matters.
Max Capacity - Digital Scale, Grinder & Stash $40.00
This was the absolute highlight of the box for my boyfriend and made it worth it. I know I could've taken a better picture, but again I was in a hurry. It's in the shape of a can, on the bottom it has a grinder and also holds a round scale inside. Our only issue with this is there isn't really a storage space inside unless you remove the scale. But, the scale did come with batteries already.
Sticker by Famous Artist, Trog $3.00
Cartoon-ish sticker that looks a lot like the green one-eyed monster from Monsters, Inc.. I'm not sure what my boyfriend did with it.
High Street Keychain $3.00
Fun keychain, no information about it on the card. It's currently hanging around the room because he doesn't have room on his keys for it.
Viking Rechargeable Electronic Vaporizer $17.00
So, I work with vapes, and to be honest this is a very inexpensive one. We didn't care for the clearomizer, but it's nice to have an extra USB charger. My boyfriend promptly took the battery out of this to use for his backup vape when he's too lazy to recharge the battery for his higher end one.
Chronic Candy $5.00
This candy is advertised for those 18+ only. Some noteable ingredients are hemp and melatonin. My boyfriend tried it and said it tasted like grass, but it put him asleep in record time .
My boyfriend stated that the Max Capacity made this box worth it for him. It was a lot of fun to open, and the products were obviously more for him. The company is still new and are still working on parts of their website. I've been trying to apply as an Affiliate but the link doesn't lead me anywhere. The site is pretty confusing right now as I can't even figure out if I'm logged into my account or not. But, if you're interested in signing up, click here. This link should give you (and myself) $5 in credit for the site.
